Our return address shows on the parcel simply as 14D iPark, Innovation Drive, Kingston upon Hull, HU5 1SG - at no time do we show our company name, to preserve your privacy. We select either a plain brown box for larger, heavier orders or a toughened courier pack for books, DVD lingerie and smaller items. Your parcels will be securely sealed for safe delivery.

When you request a printed catalogue from us it will be sent in a plain white envelope, securely sealed. If you want to received mailings from us, this is always the manner in which they will appear, plain white envelopes. The envelope will simply bear our return address of 14D iPark, Innovation Drive, Kingston upon Hull, HU5 1SG.
