We are available during office hours from 8am - 6pm to answer any queries you may have. Whilst we realise that in todays "24 hour" culture it is nice to be able to speak to a member of customer services after hours we are not able to offer this facility. As a company we did look at using a call centre, but during our reserach we found that a call centre could not offer the same standards of service that we can here in-house. A call centre has no product knowledge other than what is read off a script, or from a web site. We felt unhappy too that a call centre would raise more issues of Privacy and Security. We hope you understand that we want to give you a high standard of customer service and we are on hand during office hours to do our best for you.
