UK Local Collect
What is Local Collect? With Local Collect, you don’t have to worry about when or how your goods will be delivered.
Local Collect allows you to pick your item(s) up when it suits you, at the Post Office branch most convenient to you - whether that’s the branch nearest your home, or place of work.
How does it work? You simply need to tell us which Post Office you would like your package delivered to, and we can make sure the package is at a Post Office branch around the corner waiting to be collected.
How do I find a branch? Choose to have your item delivered to an address different from your billing address by clicking the checkbox on Step 1: of the checkout process. On Step 3: above the payment details you will be presented with space to add a new address. Enter your full name and then click on the Local Collect checkbox. (Please note that a 2nd browser window will open taking you to the Post Office Branch Finder. Make sure you don't close the Passion8 checkout window)
Just enter a postcode or town and click 'Search' to bring up a list of Post Offices that operate Local Collect. Find the branch you want and enter the address details into the Delivery Address fields on the Passion8.com Checkout screen.

When you place an order we will see that its a Local Collect Order and will then notify you when it is available for collection, all you need to take to your chosen Post Office is a form a ID, and remember when you order from Passion8 we use plain brown boxes, so there is never any indication of the contents.

Your order will look like this: Securely wrapped, the outside of your parcel will look plain and ordinary with no indication of the contents. Our return address shows on the parcel simply as 14D iPark, Innovation Drive, Kingston upon Hull, HU5 1SG - at no time do we show our company name, to preserve your privacy. We select either a plain brown box for larger, heavier orders or a toughened courier pack for books, DVD lingerie and smaller items. Your parcels will be securely sealed for safe delivery.
Your catalogue request will look like this: When you request a printed catalogue from us it will be sent in a plain white envelope, securely sealed. If you want to received mailings from us, this is always the manner in which they will appear, plain white envelopes. The envelope will simply bear our return address of 14D iPark, Innovation Drive, Kingston upon Hull, HU5 1SG.
